Despatch Times

If we receive your order before 12:00 noon UK time on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays), subject to stock and excluding embroidery, we aim to despatch your goods on the same day or next working day.
If your order requires embroidery, this can add between 1 and 5 additional days to the despatch time. Upgrading to a Courier Service will not speed up the process of despatch.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will explore whether your order can be prioritised.
We strongly advise that a suitable person is present to take delivery. Please use an alternative address if no-one is going to be present to take delivery.
Please note: Some UK postcodes (Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and some Aberdeen postcodes) are not able to take next working day delivery and this will be a two to five day service.
Courier deliveries are normally between 8.30am and 6.00pm. However, on occasion and if courier is exceptionally busy deliveries can be earlier or later.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted the driver may leave a calling card and you will need to contact the courier to rearrange delivery.
Please provide a telephone number when upgrading to courier, if you do not, this may delay your order. Please ensure you give us your telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your delivery, if you do not provide a contact number it may delay your delivery.
In the event, of suspected non-delivery, please also check with your neighbours in case your order has been left with them prior to contacting us.
You must tell us in writing, within 7 days of the date of your order, of any claim for non-delivery, late delivery, or damage to goods in transit. Our liability in respect of such claims is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price (at AWB’s sole discretion) and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
